Another day in paradise
It has become ‘a thing’.
Each year in January our fair city hosts an IronMan 70.3 (half IronMan) event.
And each year I am dilly enough to go and die in the murderous summer heat and photograph athletes doing crazy stuff.
Of course I do get paid to take the photographs, the athletes however, have to pay for the privilege of doing crazy stuff. I think I get the better deal !
The company we photographers subcontract to has a contract in place that prevents you taking and using the images for your own purposes, which is sensible on their part. It did not prevent me from grabbing a few cellphone shots of the sun as it came up on the morning of the race …. Enjoy 🙂

At the races Swim Exit, In a short while this would be a stamped of people leaving the sea to run to their bikes.
